Today, as the founder of PACT MATTERS, LLC, Dr. Parker channels this wealth of experience into transforming ophthalmology practices nationwide. As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CLSSMBB) and Project Management Professional (PMP), he leads innovative solutions, including Lean Ophthalmology Certification Programs, WebTek Interactive Learning Platform, Custom Process Improvement Consulting, Advanced Staff Training and Development and Strategic Practice Efficiency Solutions Under his leadership, PACT MATTERS has successfully guided over 200 practices to excellence, trained 197 Lean Ophthalmology professionals, and consistently achieved 25-35% improvements in patient wait times. Dr. Parker's unique blend of military precision, medical expertise, and process improvement mastery continues revolutionizing how ophthalmology practices deliver care."

Rhonda Mullen received the American Academy of Ophthalmology 2024 Secretariat Award for her leadership and dedication to the profession of ophthalmic technology and ophthalmic clinical practice. Rhonda is the last President of the Association of Technical Personnel in Ophthalmology, Founding Chair for the American Academy of Ophthalmic Professionals, the Clinical Teams membership organization for the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the current Immediate Past Chair for AAOP. Rhonda has been a member of the AAOP and ATPO’s Train the Trainer faculty for the past eight years. She is a national trainer and educator and has presented at local, regional, state, and national ophthalmic programs. Rhonda brings five decades of experience to her current position as CEO of BottomLine Ophthalmic Consultants. Rhonda loves the field of ophthalmic technology and considers it an honor and privilege to contribute to it.
